This week's guest is Ari Hymowitz. He is currently a PhD student in the Hofstra I/O program and received his Master's in I/O Psychology from Hofstra University. He is in the process of finishing his dissertation in the third year of his program and works full-time as an Associate Management Consultant at Latchmere Consulting. We get to discuss the dissertation process and some of the work that Ari has done in his consulting role. This is definitely an informational episode, and Ari provides a great deal of knowledge and experience in the work he does on a daily basis, both scholastically and professionally.
