Meet Crystal, photographer extraordinaire and a woman on a mission to create a movement. She also happens to be one of my mastermind clients- and I am so excited to showcase her and our work together in this episode.

We talk about choosing her own unique path, moving, starting a business and living in Truth. What prompted her to start this embodiment work with- "I need to know what makes you so happy- I want to be THAT happy".

What true embodied confidence really is- and how she walks differently, talks differently and carries herself in an entirely new energy. Her story is such a valid testament that we are creating through FEELING, Energy and not through LOGIC.

We transition into the topic of body image and how we accept, own and intentionally love our own vessel and move through shame and judgment. "Our body is simple a vessel for our divine expression".
