FIVE TRANSITIONS THOUGH!?
I'm going through FIVE TRANSITIONS!!
If you've ever had to overcome the death of an older version of you so you can step into a new level then you know how much of a drag the universe can put you through. So when I'm looking around at the craziness going on in the world, I hear so many people talking about the changes they're experiencing, and I look at my pattern and see I'm in the middle of FIVE TRANSITIONS, no wonder it's been feeling like we're getting dragged by our hair down the hallway!
I HAD to call my good friend Lara to chop it up about how she navigated some of her toughest transitions and get us some professional concepts to get on the other side like the bosses we are! Lara Bergstedt is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with her own telehealth practice. Her background along with her personality immediately connected with me so I knew I had to have her here to share her light story with you guys too!
