In 2016, Matt ran 55 marathons in 55 days (official world record).
He shares his motivation for the world record, how his body held up and what’s involved with getting the Guinness World Records on board (it’s a massive pain in the ass).
Later that year he ran 24 hours on a treadmill.
For his next challenge, he ran 535 consecutive half marathons in memory of Andrew Cadigan. Matt ran a half a marathon a day until June 14th 2019, totalling 11,288.5 kilometres.
Plenty of laughs throughout thanks to the team at Sydney Brewery.
