When I was younger, I was able to do, eat, and drink as I wanted and usually felt totally fine. Now? Now I need to do what my body wants, and essentially give it what it needs, in order to feel "totally fine".


This week's episode is short and sweet and gives some food for thought when it comes to goals and what will actually get you what you WANT ;)
