If you find health & fitness overwhelming, one really helpful tip I find is to remember that you are just a big kid. We are really good at making sure any kids in our care live a balanced & healthy lifestyle, but we struggle applying the same rules to ourselves. With all of the noise & fads around no wonder it’s confusing, but strip it right back to the basics. Apply the same rules as you would for a child to your own nutriton, exercise, sleep, mindfulness & fun. It can really help to keep things a bit more simple.
