We all go through shifts, or changes or growth periods in our life, in our energy. 

Sometimes willingly uplevelling and other times unexpectedly. 

Sometimes choosing to step out of our comfort zone and grow and other times being hit with challenges forcing the discomfort of growth. 

Sometimes aware and other times unaware as the collective energy is rising up.

When this happens you can feel an integration period, where your body catches up with your soul's energetic growth.

You may feel unexplained fatigue, exhaustion, pain, ringing, headaches, restless sleep, vivid dreams and more. Often referred to as ‘Ascension symptoms’.
