Chelsea Johnsen is an account manager at a print shop by day, and creator of delicious charcuterie trays and grazing boards by night at Sisters in Cheese. She is a fun loving mom and wife who is addicted to her paper Bando planner.

We talk about our love of blue cheese, how she got her company started, the importance of planning to make it all work, and learning to say no to things that just don't work for our lives.

Advice for women considering starting a catering company: GO FOR IT! Chelsea encourages women to find their niche, sample their product with friends, get through the licensing process and to really work on pricing their product.
