After a month off I have come back so say farewell. This podcast has been an incredible adventure, but it is time for it to come to a close. In this last episode I discuss what I've learned, why I'm stopping, and encourage everyone to have room for cream.

I am all about making life easier for myself when I can! Meals and cooking are one of those things that have to be done daily and can just take a lot of time! One of the ways I have found to save time with dinner, is to maximize my use of the Costco roasted chicken.

Now to be clear, you can use any roasted chicken. But I find that Costco has the best price and flavor!

Here are the top ten things you can do with a roasted chicken:

1. Serve with whatever vegetables you have and garlic bread
2. BBQ chicken quesadillas: chop up chicken, heat in a pan and add BBQ sauce. Lay out a tortilla, sprinkle with grated cheese, add BBQ chicken, a bit more cheese, another tortilla then put in pan and cook both sides.
3. Chicken vegetable soup
4. Chicken pot pie that I make in my cast iron skillet
5. Chicken salad sandwiches
6. Chicken noodle casserole
7. On top of a fresh salad with craisins, parmesan cheese and nuts
8. Chicken spaghetti
9. Layered chicken tortilla lasagna
10. Chicken pizza - best with pesto or a garlic Alfredo sauce, peppers, tomatoes and cheese

And once you have taken all of the meat off, don't forget to save the bones to make broth!

I am a total book worm! I love to read and have since I was a kid. In today's episode I discuss my journey with books, finding time to read, deciding what to read, where to get books from and my book confessions.

Some ideas on where to find good book recommendations: Jessica Turner (who was on episode 51) has her account @booksnobbery. Anne Bogel has her blog Modern Mrs. Darcy and a podcast What Should I Read Next? Hitha Palepu (episode 76) posts her 5 smart reads each day on her Instagram stories but also talks a lot about books she enjoys and was recently on Bad On Paper podcast discussing books. Ashley Spivey (formerly on the Bachelor) has an online book club with tons of ideas too!

Look for a podcast in a genre you like. In episode 43 I talked to Melody Carlisle from Heaving Bosoms podcast and they discuss books each week.

Keep a list of books on Goodreads, or use the notes app on your phone, or just a plain old piece of paper at home.

I am a big fan of waking up early and having time to myself before the chaos of the day starts. In this week's episode I discuss what exactly I do with my morning and how to make the most of that time.

• -The Skimm newsletter
• Duolingo to practice French
• Daily journal with gratitude, top 3 and big goals and dreams (this is an idea I got from Rachel Hollis and she sells a specific journal for this, or you can be like me and use whatever journal you have laying around - mine is a Leuchtturm 1917 hardcover dotted notebook)
• Do some reading
• Spend some time on Instagram
• Go exercise, or go get ready for work while listening to NPR Up First and The NY Times The Daily

I'm a big believe in getting up early and having time to myself in the morning. A lot of people think they can just set their alarm for earlier and that's all they need to change.... but that just won't work.

If you want to have a successful morning routine, you have to start the night before. The big things to do:

1. Go to bed earlier. Start dialing back your bedtime by 15 minutes and getting up 15 minutes earlier until you reach your goal wake up time.
2. Get organized. Pack up and prepare everything you possibly can the night before.
3. Set the coffee up so that it's ready at the time you want.
4. Clean the kitchen.
