Aisling Nebor is an occupational therapist with her own private pediatric practice, an entrepreneur and founder of Wiggle Kids, a soccer player, wife and mom. She is passionate about being able to help others.
This passion lead her to a career in healthcare. She has worked for 15 years as an occupational therapist helping people to be as independent as possible. After her second child she considered going back to work, but finally took the leap to open her own practice.
She never looked back! In fact she got so busy that she actually scaled her practice back. She made that decision after a 4 month cross Canada road trip where she got to spend so much time with her family and enjoy the simplicity of life.
Always wanting a new challenge, Aisling decided to open an online shop to sell all the therapy toys that she was constantly recommending to her clients. Along with several family members they have opened Wiggle Kids. Use promo code PODCAST2018 to get 10% off your purchase!
Did you know The Things She Does is now on Pinterest? Follow me there for great pins on travel, fashion, lifestyle, lifehacks, fitness and more.
We discuss the importance of self care and how we both take a few minutes for ourselves before delving into everything else to make sure we get rest too. She is also using the 5 minute journal that she first learned about in Episode 7 with Erica Miller.
Aisling learnt a lot from her friend Christi and Hunni's clothing boutique and I mention Christy Wright's Business Boutique book.
Some of the things Aisling does NOT do includes being a part of the PAC (that's the Canadian term for PTA), and yard work.
You can find Aisling at InspirationTherapy.ca or at her new online therapy toy shop WiggleKids.ca or on Facebook/WiggleKidsCanada
