Ep. 50 - Aisling Nebor is an occupational therapist with her own private pediatric practice, an entrepreneur and founder of Wiggle Kids, a soccer player, wife and mom. She is passionate about being able to help others.

This passion lead her to a career in healthcare. She has worked for 15 years as an occupational therapist helping people to be as independent as possible. After her second child she considered going back to work, but finally took the leap to open her own practice.

Ep. 49 - Stefani Reinold is a board certified psychiatrist, author of Let Your Heart Out, online entrepreneur coach, military wife and mom. She is passionate about helping women ditch the details of their life and live from the core of their life.

We discuss why her work as a doctor and as an online entrepreneur and the book she wrote. We also both share about experiences with post partum depression (if you want to hear more about that, check out Episode 24- Samantha Konikoff).

Ep 48 - Chelsea Johnsen is an account manager at a print shop by day, and creator of delicious charcuterie trays and grazing boards by night at Sisters in Cheese. She is a fun loving mom and wife who is addicted to her paper Bando planner.

We talk about our love of blue cheese, how she got her company started, the importance of planning to make it all work, and learning to say no to things that just don't work for our lives.

Amanda Carnes is a therapist specializing in trauma, wife and mom. She has a passion for showing up for others and helping marginalized people.

In college she joined a ministry team and spent her Friday nights in the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver hanging out with women working in the sex industry. She showed up where they were and showed the grace and love.

She completed her masters degree and now has her own practice doing individual and couples counseling.

Episode 46 - Kikkan Randall is a cross country skier, 2018 Pyeongchang Olympic Gold Medalist, 5 time Olympian, leader of Fast and Forward USA, member of the IOC Athletes' Commission, mom and wife.

Kikkan got into cross country skiing in high school. She quickly excelled at the sport and competed in her first Olympics at 19 years old. She then developed a 10 year plan for herself to train and become an Olympic champion. After having a baby she returned for her 5th Olympics, & won a gold medal!

Anum Zahra is a physician, epidemiology graduate student, artist, co-founder of The Amaya Initiative, mom and wife. She is passionate about science and lives that out through her work, study and non-profit.

We talk about her love of medicine and global health, being a mom, moving to a new country and culture when she got married, and her process for developing her art.

The Amaya Initiative is focused on decreasing preventable infant and child mortality in Pakistan.

Ep. 44 - Shanicia Boswell is the founder of Black Moms Blog which discusses parenting, culture and lifestyle from a black mom's perspective. She is an entrepreneur, dreamer and mom.

Shanicia started Black Moms Blog because she wanted to change the narrative and perspective in the media about black moms and families.

We discuss perceptions of black stay at home moms, entrepreneurship, self care, single parenting, viral posts and the importance of knowing yourself.

Ep. 43 - Melody Carlisle is a podcaster, wife, mom and friend who is passionate about women's empowerment, being unapologetic about what you want and sex education. She hosts the Heaving Bosoms podcast with her dear friend Erin where each week they discuss and snicker about a romance novel.

While many people would not usually equate romance novel with feminism, Melody points out that these books are essentially women's adventure books and unapologetically focus on women's pleasure.

Episode 42 - Natasha Jeshani defines her life with 3 main spheres: mom of 2, wife, daughter, friend; Owner and founder of Tafa Consulting; Author of HR Insider.

She is passionate about being a good mom, and professionally her motto is Doing Good Work with Good People. Natasha used her years of work in HR and recruiting to start her own consulting firm. Along with several staff members and consultants, she serves a variety of clients with everything from recruiting to developing policies.

Episode 41 - Jessica DeBry is the founder and CEO of SHE Club Monthly, a sales and marketing coach, wife and vegetarian. She is passionate about side hustles and not taking the traditional path through life.

She has learned the power of a good morning routine (even though she is not a morning person),  and is a big advocate for finding pockets of time in your day. We discuss the importance of being intentional with your time, and that some of that is time to intentionally rest!
