Susan Santoro is an Air Force Veteran, military wife, mom, entrepreneur and volunteer. She has always been passionate about being organized and keeping things simple. When her husband kept getting relocated every year she found it hard to get new jobs each time so she decided to create her own job and created Organized 31.

We talk about our love of bullet journaling but how we both keep it super simple (even though there are plenty of beautiful bullet journal pages you can do). Susan recommends looking up minimalist bullet journals to get some ideas.

Deanna Mason is a homeschooling mom of 2, wife, entrepreneur, founder of Refreshed Moms and an inner city missionary. After running a successful non-profit organization and magazine, all while homeschooling, she crashed and shut it all down. Jenny Berk is an eating psychology counselor, body image specialist, entrepreneur, mom and wife. After earning her masters in counseling psychology she spent years working in the dieting industry for a national weight loss company. Several years ago she realized her personal philosophies about food and our relationship to food differed from the companies so she branched out on her own.

She helps people understand what is at the root cause of why they are eating what they eat. She focuses more on being your healthiest self, and less on the numbers. She wrote the book The Body Image Blueprint where she delves into eating psychology and her own journey with food.

We both admit that despite loving to be active and exercise, we felt we could not call ourselves athletic since we aren't size 2. (Side note - I admit my size in this episode!) We discuss amazing women we follow online who have helped us view different body types and see their beauty and athleticism including Ashley Graham, Bo Stanley, and Amanda Bingson.

Nicole Cook is a clinical nurse specialist for Cardiac Services BC, an adjunct professor at the University of Victoria, a clinical instructor at BCIT, mom of 2 incredible kids, daughter and friend.
