"People are more intentional with their work time than their non work time."
In today's episode we talk about being intentional with our time at home in order to make sure we can fit in the things we want to do. While at work we are usually intentional in what we do, at home we can end up just letting our evenings happen. She suggests that we be intentional with our evenings to ensure we get family time, chores, hobbies and relaxation all in.
Some of the things she does NOT do include making school lunches and cleaning, and she also has a full time nanny.
The thing she is most proud of (besides her family) are her books, particularly her fiction book The Cortlandt Boys.
