Ep. 78 The Night Before

I'm a big believe in getting up early and having time to myself in the morning. A lot of people think they can just set their alarm for earlier and that's all they need to change.... but that just won't work.

If you want to have a successful morning routine, you have to start the night before. The big things to do:

  1. Go to bed earlier. Start dialing back your bedtime by 15 minutes and getting up 15 minutes earlier until you reach your goal wake up time.
  2. Get organized. Pack up and prepare everything you possibly can the night before.
  3. Set the coffee up so that it's ready at the time you want.
  4. Clean the kitchen.
