Ep. 78 - I'm a big believe in getting up early and having time to myself in the morning. A lot of people think they can just set their alarm for earlier and that's all they need to change.... but that just won't work.
If you want to have a successful morning routine, you have to start the night before. The big things to do:
Go to bed earlier.
Get organized.
Set the coffee up so that it's ready at the time you want.
Clean the kitchen.
