We all know we want and need boundaries, but they feel so icky.   

Creating walls, divides hard lines in the sand, threatening others. 

None of that feels good.  

So we find ourselves not making them, feeling like victims becomes others are respecting our boundaries.   

There is a BETTER way to make boundaries. Ones that honor you and honor the other person. A way to make them they are guaranteed to be honored.
