After spending the last year focusing on the internal, subconscious, and childhood wounds for why I’ve struggled with body image and weight loss, it’s now time to focus on the outside.
I’ve decided to start the 75 Medium Challenge and in this episode I share about what that is, why I’m doing it, and how I’m setting myself up for success.
