Hi listeners: We talk with this week's guest, Ravish Majithia about commercializing his ideas that make small but very important steps in improving the recyclability of packaging...through magnetic ink! Ravish is the CEO of Magnomer, a company that makes magnetic labels that can easily be recycled.. Before becoming an entrepreneur, Ravish earned an MBA from Babson College. He did that after working as an Engineer at Intel for three years, where he started after completing his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from Texas A&M.
Tune in as we discuss both the cool technology Ravish's start-up has developed and commercialize, along with the interesting and non-traditional path that Ravish has taken in his career so far - Ph.D. first, then a big company engineering job...pretty typical up to this point...and then the start-up bug bit and he went back for an MBA at Babson, and then launched his company. It's a great story!
