Most aren't aware that they are emotionally eating.

And if you have been doing that, then the solution is to allow yourself to feel and process your feelings.

The thing is, feelings are something not a lot of us like to feel. Most of us tend to run from them, avoid them, react to them, or numb them in some way such as eating or drinking.

The simple solution is to learn how to feel.

So it's hard to convince you to do it. But the thing is, there's a benefit letting yourself feel what you are feeling.

When you are willing to feel any emotion, and not react to it by trying to numb it with food or drinking, then thats when you will begin to sway to your natural weight.
