I’m really proud to bring Vanessa Low into your lives. She’s an AMAZINGLY humble and impactful woman.
When she was almost 16 years old, Vanessa was run over by a train and almost lost her life.
Vanessa Low is now a double leg amputee, Paralympic Champion and World record holder for her T42 classification in the Long Jump.
She’s also an ambassador for the World's largest ever road safety campaign alongside megastars like Pharrell Williams, Rafael Nadal, Fernando Alonso and many more.
Vanessa also shares her very special bond with the Michael Schumacher foundation and the impact they’re making in the world through this organisation.
In this episode you will learn:
How acceptance of self is the step to perceived acceptance in society
What this tragedy did to Vanessa’s family
How failure of expectations creates greater strength and how to use the so called failure to create future success
We also speak about:
Why Vanessa’s former coach literally broke her down again to rebuild her
Her athletics journey and what the future looks like for Vanessa with the massive changes she’s made since winning the Gold medal in Rio.
