  • What sets a top producer from an amateur is that successful agents understand this is a business. The agents that have a system, resources, and allocate commission checks. Business mentality vs sales mentality.
  • Spend frugally vs be the $30,000 millionaire that spends their money. Well dressed poverty. 
  • Most successful agents are not motivated by money. They are motivated by sense of growth and contribution.
  • Those that there are few that have outside investments to leverage their business. They are interested and have value in investing but due to the commission business, they feel there is not enough left over to do outside ventures. 
  • In looking at teams, they should look for what is important to you.
