Grace Hamilton is a legend in the making, Captain of the Australian Women’s National Rugby Union team, People’s Choice Award Winner and Player of the Year. Grace Hamilton is a force to be reckoned with. 

Starting out in the country-town near Orange in NSW, Grace was a sporting fanatic growing up. Her ‘give it a go’ attitude allowed her to develop a passion and goal to train with purpose at anything you do, which is her mantra still to this day. 

You would assume growing up with a family invested in Rugby, it would have been her natural path to start the sport from an early age. However, Grace chats to us about the stigmas surrounding the sport and how her journey to stardom in the sport had a very different beginning. 

In 2017 Hamilton’s career surged ahead and today Grace is seen as a great leader in women’s sport, Rugby Union and the sporting community.
