It is my view that the entire "women supporting women" idea is pretty much a farce. In the episode, I share with you my personal experience with conditional support from women and examples of how most women only support one another if they agree with them. They only support one another as long as the other woman doesn't shine too brightly or make them uncomfortable. 
Lastly, I also provide some advice on how to support unconditionally and what to do if people are putting conditions upon you.
