Food has been our comfort since the day we were born. A crying baby first gets offered a breast or bottle. A soccer game celebrated with ice cream. A fall on our knees with a lolly. No wonder we bring this into adulthood and continue to find comfort in food.

The solution is mindful eating. It's key to having a good and healthy diet. Many of us find it difficult to listen to the signal our brain gives us when we're full or we eat when we're bored (Peet is very guilty) and we then tent to overeat. Peet also had a slightly unhealthy relationship with food during her modelling days and is working on this every day.

So, how do we eat mindfully? How do we listen to our bodies and brain? Expert Nicky will explain it all and give us tips and tricks we can immediately apply and heal our relationship with food, starting at the next meal.
