Today we're going take a look at a some of the common traps that a lot of us step in when determining our sense of worth & value (such as outsourcing our value) - And then we'll look at some more valuable, meaningful, and empowering ways to approach and step into our self-worth.

When we are not living into our Purpose – our Higher-Calling – that's when we desperately try to grasp onto (substances, status, wealth, etc.) to fill that painful void of shallow, empty, or outsourced self-worth.
