Chef Junior is a passionate, no excuses, life loving, experienced chef out of Atlanta, Georgia. Chef launched 'Hippie Head Chef LLC' earlier this year. Prior to pursuing his own culinary company, he worked for various well known, fine dining Atlanta restaurants. Going back further he served 11 years and 3 months as an Army Veteran, with 2 deployments oversees: Iraq & South Korea. His experiences in the military molded his love for cooking and diverse flavors, even more! However his love and curiosity about food has been with him since childhood. His brand 'Hippie Head Chef LLC' is a growing movement, sure to take the to the world of fine dining and overall culinary networking by storm.
