During the height of the pandemic in 2020, the 'mental load' that women carry became even more evident. This is not a new concept, of course, but the height of shut downs, working from home, and schooling from home highlighted the emotional toll on women. Today we will discuss the mental load, and explore the pressures that often cause shame. I'll discuss some of my own journey through this question: What if we viewed more things as morally neutral?
