First and foremost, Happy new year! Welcome to 2024. In this episode we reflect on life up till now, our personal achievements etc.. we felt that instead of putting pressure on ourselves to achieve this year, it would be good practice to reflect on the achievements as a reminder of what we are capable of, so that we can not only be motivated but confident to take on the new year by storm. We then briefly touch on the epidemic of women basically normalising being naked on social media.
