In this podcast, Banger and I talk to cricketing great Greg Chappell. Greg is an iconic figure in world cricket.

Greg speaks candidly about growing up in South Australia, playing backyard cricket against his older brother Ian and later with younger brother Trevor.

We discuss his grandfather Victor Richardson as well as his parents who were talented sporting people in their own right.

We follow his progression from school cricketer to playing cricket for South Australia and his decision to leave South Australia for Queensland.

We start the episode off by discussing the Chappel Foundation where Greg and his brothers support the homeless. The charity every year conducts asleep out on the SCG to help raise money. Greg also talks about at the first charity dinner John Singleton donates 1 million dollars to the foundation.
