Hello and welcome to Episode 5 of Women Out Loud! If you own your own business (or several like yours truly) AND you have anxiety, you are in the right place, anxious leader. This podcast is a place to hear all about how to make anxiety into your superpower and how to use it for the forces of good instead of evil, in business and in life. Today I take on a topic I keep hearing about around me over and over again. Self-love. Why we have such a hard time doing it. How we can start to get on the path there. How we start out in life born wild and allow so many things to whittle us down until there is almost nothing left. And yet we wonder why self-love is so hard? I will share an experience that just happened for me and I hope that you see yourself in this story too. That you can find your way back to you. Back home into your own body will the fullest self-love, anxiety be damned.
