How many times have you tried (and absolutely hated) having to count every single calorie of food in order to lose weight?

For some people, it's fine as a short term temporary tool.

For others, it's the most stressful way to try and reduce the amount of food they're eating.

In this episode, I cover how we can tweak our energy balance for weight loss, and some useful tips on how you can shift away from counting calories if you want to.
