Uruguay is our last stop in South America.  It wasn't a spot I knew much about, but I did know two people from there.  It was a roundabout way of meeting them, but one of them was up for the interview and that's how this episode came to be.

After this episode we'll take a 2 week break before I drop a few recaps episodes.  After that, we'll be on to our next loop:  Asia.
