This week's guest is Dr. Vicki Walia. She received her Ph.D. in I/O Psychology from Alliant International University - San Diego Campus. She has an illustrious career at many notable companies and currently works at Prudential Financial as the Head of HR Business Partners - US Insurance/Retirement and PGIM.
