Deciding when to look for a new job is never easy, especially if you aren't particularly unhappy in your job. Leaving a job is bound to happen sooner or later and when it is your first job post-grad, it can feel like a very daunting task. Maybe you are unhappy, maybe you are looking to change industries or a career change overall, or maybe you just feel like it is time and you need a change, whatever it is, it's never easy.
