When he was hit by arthritis, he lost the day job on which he was completely dependant.
Having no second course of revenue, it was difficult to cope up!
Things are always uncertain, you never know what will happen next.
Incase your Company or Industry shuts down, you will be in big trouble at that time. So, always have a net to fall back on.
So, wondering how to make a second source of income using Digital Marketing?
1) Easiest way is to set up an ecommerce store. You don't even need to buy any inventories.
Thanks to Paypal, Shopify, Aliexpress, it's all taken care of for you. Even if you have 500-1000 bucks, you are good to start off!
Run Facebook ads, sell your products without the hassle of setting up an entire physical store.
2) If you are passionate about any subject, start posting about it and build a community.
Blog, put up pictures and share content with your niche.
Use Social Media to build your audience and fans and eventually monetize your channels to make that extra buck.
Always keep 5-10% of your Salary reserved to promote and advertise your Brand for the second source of revenue.
This will lead to a huge ROI a few years down the line.
Do that consistently. Take this as an investment practice.
3) Patience! Too many people want to make it BIG but have no patience. The key to grow and succeed is to put in consistent efforts and work day in and day out to achieve your goals.
Start working on this and building your long term brand! This will eventually open up new sources of revenue like affiliate marketing as well.
This really does not take a lot of time, but patience and consistency! Test out and dedicate your time to build this side income for the long run.
