John-Michael “Mike” Hilton is the President and CEO of Visum Ventures, a company that brought the Australian brand Koomi PH to the Philippines, making it the beverage drink with a first-in market advantage in the country.

In a past interview, Hilton stated that their "goal is to let Filipinos experience the #GuiltlessGoodness of Koomi one cup at a time” as Koomi uses natural sweetener, fruit honey, with fresh yogurt and fruits in every drink daily.
Joining him is Miss International 2018’s 1st runner up Ma. Ahtisa Manalo who also works as a Chief Financial Officer of Koomi.
