hey friends, 

it has been rough for me as you know but I've been learning to love myself through the defeat, and the turmoils I've gone and been going through lately. 

Sometimes I get so focused on the end outcome and have all these high standards for myself but forget to appreciate the moments right now, even if they aren't the best circumstances. I'm so focused on getting to the finish line that I forgot to focus on what needs my attention now... 

I now need help. I now need love and care and I need to cater to that part of myself...
