Today I share a conversation I had with Michelle Dickinson about ALL.THE.THINGS. It was such a good conversation and Michelle shares some personal stories around mental health and why it's her mission to break the stigma attached to mental health. In relistening to our conversation though, I couldn't help but think that the common thread in our conversation was that people want to be seen & heard - and that's not always easy to do in our current culture. So take a moment, pause, think about those moments when you just wanted to take off the mask but couldn't.
