Shannon is Associate Managing Director and the Wellness Coordinator at The Moore Agency, Founder of BadAss Fitness, Regional VP with Arbonne, an 8 on the enneagram, and she has also adopted two sons and 4 rescue dogs. This was my first conversation with Shannon as we were put in contact by Melanie Hicks (of Ep. 44) who went on and on about Shannon's passion and work ethic.
