For EP 50, we had the pleasure of welcoming a UK’s leading bikini athlete, IFBB Pro and head of The Bikini Coach, Char Ellis @char_thebikinicoach.

Char is well known across the UK for being relentless in her pursuit of her pro card and now, just off the back of her pro debut where she made a huge entrance and statement in the pro league - we couldn't wait to sit down and chat about her entire journey.
