With a passion for business that started from a young age and his father's absolute love of coffee, it's no surprise that Phil pursued a career in hospitality where he further developed and refined his phenomenal coffee skills and natural people skills.
In 2002, Phillip’s entrepreneurial spirit and passion for coffee led him to start up a small coffee-roasting operation in the suburb of Bowen Hills, Brisbane. He named this company Di Bella Coffee. Over the following 10 years the company continued to thrive and expand. The speed of this growth was recognised in the 2006, 2007 and 2009 Business Review Weekly Fast 100.
Di Bella soon became a well known and respected brand worldwide with operations in India, China, Thailand and recently the United States.
