Daniel Markel was 41 years old and on summer break from his job as a law professor at Florida State University. After dropping his young sons off at daycare and hitting the gym, he pulls up to his home and meets a terrible ending. He is shot twice at close range. Daniel was murdered outside his own home. Although there is a lot of speculation surrounding his murder about it being connected to his very messy divorce to Wendi Adelson, it isn’t until two years later that an arrest is finally made. Sigfredo Garcia and Louis Riverea are charged with the murder of Daniel Markel, but what could be their connection? How are these two men connected to Daniel?
