In my opinion calorie counting can be useful for some people. Many of us don’t have much knowledge around how many calories are in our food & it’s not our fault. We are sold so called “healthy” foods and we are subtley lead to believe that they are “low calorie”. This is not always the case. This episode is my opinion on why calorie counting can be helpful in making informed decisions around nutrition. Why it's not necessary & what the long term goal of calorie counting should be.
