Emily is an eating disorder recovering survivor, who developed a drug and alcohol addiction to numb the bulimia that was taking over her life. 

Emily then tried to end her life... this rock bottom experience shook her to her core; which led her to write a book about her experience to help others overcome their adversity and find their worth and light within them.
