James speaks about his entire 9-year career with OutSystems and how he decided to relocate from Brazil to Portugal to help his career and give his family a better lifestyle. 

Education has always been close to James' heart; he believes it's his calling to help others improve their lives. In 2020, he took the plunge and founded his company, Trusted, which offers tailored Academies, Bootcamps, and Workshops for individuals and companies. James shares the immense satisfaction and pride he feels when someone from his training programs lands their first job as an OutSystems Developer. 

A big thank you to James who hasn’t been speaking English for very long, but he stepped out of his comfort zone to inspire others to do the same.
