We’ve all been here. The fitness cross roads. This is a tricky place to be. Motivation has up & left & you just want to get going again but you feel a bit stuck. You have a choice, move forward or give up & head home. The cross roads can be a good time to reasses why you started. Were you being realistic before? What can you put in place a plan to keep moving forward? If we can muster up enough strength to push on through the cross roads, often this leads us out the other side of the motivation funk & onto bigger & better things. It’s worth giving it a try.
