Who would you be without your story? 

The story of - I’m stuck, overwhelmed, I can’t do this, I’m never going to change etc etc

In this episode I talk about how our story becomes the thing we listen for in our lives therefore find evidence to validate the story and then inside of that reinforces more of the same story

Our story is holding us back

Keeping us stuck at the same level

In order to evolve forward and get new results in our lives we have to be will to disrupt the story, create something new and let go of the very thing that's become our ‘go to conversation’ in our mind.
