In week 2 of our December sermon series, we learned more about the life of King Herod. He is mentioned in the Christmas story, but we don’t always know the context of who he is or why he made the decisions that he did. While we can see that the same sin of Herod lives in us, we can rest in the grace and mercy that God extends as we continue our journey of spiritual formation.
