On this episode of The Go Crazy Podcast we sit down to talk to Allison Stratton. She is the 2022 Bear 100 First Female and avid trail runner. While pursuing the ambitious goal to beat her time in 2023 she pushed her body into Rhabdomyolysis and quickly found herself in survival mode. This experience had a huge impact on her perspective and taught her lessons that 1st place couldn't.
