This week I am joined by Newton Tudreu. He is a husband and father of two. An intermediate teacher and former professional rugby player in New Zealand's National Provincial Championship. Newton was part of the 2014 Manawatū Turbo's Championship-winning side and the 2019 Waikato National Sevens Champions.
In this episode we chat about Newton's upbringing in Fiji, attending a small school, and growing up in a sport-loving household. We chat about how he ended up in Palmerston North and ended up playing for the Manawatū Turbo's. We talk about the support he received, the lessons he learned through injuries, and how he and his wife have supported each other's goals and aspirations.
