Social media would have us belive that we need to get up at 4am, meditate, journal & drink lemon water for 3 hours to have a productive day. This is lovely if it’s for you, but for the vast majority of us, it’s just not realistic. Having said this, I am a huge fan of some structure in the mornings to get yourself set up for the day. Our actions on the morning can have a huge impact our entire day. When we get off on the right foot, in a way thats realistic & maintanable for us it can help us have a fabulous day.
