We take a look at the wild turkey harvest numbers in Illinois and Kentucky over the past few years. Kentucky's 2022 harvest was the lowest in 14 years. Illinois saw a decline of approximately 2500 birds between the 2021 and 2020 seasons. 

We discuss various ideas on what may be contributing to the decline and look at the report published by Field and Stream.
